Since joining Highspot in late 2022, Venkat Kalyan Uppala has established new engineering teams across multiple geographies, fostering innovation and driving impactful product launches. Under his leadership, Highspot introduced Event-Based Learning, a feature that enables live training events within the platform, enhancing engagement with a blended learning approach that combines live, virtual, instructor-led, online, and mobile learning to boost training. Additionally, his teams launched Advanced Management of Training Programs, a feature designed to help control the delivery of sales training programs at scale through team-based and automatic enrollment, driving higher engagement from frontline sales managers. 

These efforts have also been recognized like elevating Highspot’s ranking to Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Revenue Enablement Platforms, Q3 2024 report and positioning the T&C product as a business-critical solution responsible for generating significant new revenue for the company. 

Harnessing AI to Drive Customer Value

Uppala’s leadership also brought personalized training via AI-powered features to life, such as Skill Feedback, Knowledge Reinforcement, and Coaching Insights, which help enterprise customers streamline the evaluation of sales reps and learners during onboarding programs.
