Man accused of making threats to kill has trial delayed

Cameron Riordan, of Reedmace Close, Oxford, was due to stand trial at Oxford Crown Court on Monday morning (January 6).
However, the Crown made an application not to proceed with the trial due to issues out of their control.

Riordan is allegedly linked offences which took place in Fettiplace Road, Headington, at about 6am on Thursday, November 9.
Recorder John Hardy agreed that the trial would be unable to go ahead as listed.
The 26-year-old will now be due back in court in two weeks time for a mention hearing to decide on the next hearing for the defendant.
Riordan will remain in custody during this time.
